Did you ever  wonder how the fresh bread gets into the store?

It might be baked in the store, but that are just a few. Most stores sell bread from the industrial bakers. They bake it in the evening and then it has to be delivered

A good friend of mine is a truck driver. He delivers the  fresh bread to the stores. Consequence is that he drives at night and the early morning. I joined him one night to find out how he does it.
