Michiel's Photography

Week 52

On the way from one family to the another we drove over the ‘afsluitdijk’. This is a long dike built in 1932. It closed a large inside lake which was by then much safer against flooding. On the place were the dike was actually closed, they start building from both sides, is now a monument. We always stop there for a coffee and some pictures. The last one is the most classic picture in the Netherlands. It wouldn’t surprise me if every amateur photographer has it.

Al made with the Canon 20d and a Sigma 10-20.
